Fitness 4 Fun — Human vs. Robot Challenge

The short version: this game does not collect, store, or send any personal information. If you use AI Camera Mode, the camera picture is processed on your own device and never leaves it. Nothing is recorded.

Who we are

The Human vs. Robot Challenge is made by Fitness 4 Fun, a brand of Global Tribrush LLC (Illinois, USA). Questions about this policy can be sent to info@fitness4fun.com or through fitness4fun.com.

What the game does with your camera

AI Camera Mode is optional. If you choose it, your browser will ask for permission to use the camera. The game then uses on-device body-tracking software (running inside your web browser) to recognise exercise movements and count your reps.

What is stored on your device

To make the game work between sessions, it saves a small amount of information in your browser's local storage. This stays on your device and is not sent anywhere:

You can erase all of this at any time with "Reset what the robots know" on the setup screen or by clearing site data in your browser. Leaderboard names are only ever shown on the device they were typed on.

Children

The game is designed for families and classrooms, including children under 13. Because of that, it is built so that no personal information is collected from anyone: there are no accounts, no sign-ups, no advertising, no analytics or tracking, and no information is transmitted from the device. The name entered for a leaderboard score stays on that device. We encourage parents and teachers to supervise play and to choose tap counting if they prefer not to use a camera.

Web hosting

The game is served as a static website. Like any website, the hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as the IP address and browser type of a visitor) for security and operations. Fitness 4 Fun does not use these logs to identify or track players.

Cookies and tracking

The game sets no cookies and uses no third-party trackers, analytics, or advertising.

Third-party software

Body tracking uses the open-source MediaPipe Pose library from Google, included with the game under the Apache 2.0 licence and run locally in the browser. Using it does not send any data to Google. Spoken robot voices use the text-to-speech engine built into your phone or browser.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new date.
